Terry Winkle

Realtor

Terry Winkle is a native of the Magic Valley area and has spent most of his life here. He loves this area! He was born in Twin Falls and later grew up in a small, nearby farming community, Buhl, the Trout Capital of the World. Growing up in an agricultural culture he learned the value of family, community, and good old hard work. Terry and his brothers ran a lawn mowing business all through Jr. High and High School years, which taught him the fundamentals of trust and respect for people and their property.

After high school, he attended the College of Southern Idaho and worked various jobs connected in the Magic Valley community. Later he ended up in a home furnishing/decor business where he was the store manager for several years. During this time, he accumulated several rental properties and a connection to real estate.

Since he enjoyed real estate and the education he received from property ownership and management, he decided to advance in this arena. In 2002 Terry decided to begin a new career path into Real Estate and became a licensed Realtor. Since this time, he has advanced his education to become a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and Certified Residential Specialist.

Terry has grown in his real estate experience while building some of the most amazing relationships with his clients. He has found a real enjoyment for the Magic Valley and the people who make up this area. Every day Terry gets the opportunity to meet new people and share this wonderful place he calls “home” with them. If you would like a relationship in your real estate transaction you can trust, with outstanding professional service, then reach out to Terry to experience his “Real Estate Beyond the Sale”.

Terry, tell us about you: “I am married to my youthful and amazing wife, Judi (Aguirre) and have 2 beautiful, college bound daughters. I enjoy ball room dancing lessons with my wife in the fall, snow shoeing/cross country skiing in the winter, kayaking/biking/hiking/golfing in the summer and running races with my wife. Judi loves to run and has a bucket list to experience a “fun run” in each state. I felt that since we are going to these different states we might as well add a golf course and a visit to some unique park or state feature of each state to our list. Judi and I like to do outdoor activities and hope to travel more now our girls are out of the house. I love homemade chocolate chip cookies, old fashion doughnuts (any sugar really) and to make others laugh often with as many friends as possible. Life is good with those components.”
