Born and raised in Twin Falls, Olivia has been involved in Real Estate since the age of 17 when she started working part-time at a local Real Estate firm. Advancing through various positions within the company until she was the office manager, she was inspired to become a licensed Real Estate agent late in 2010 when she was expecting her daughter. 

Olivia has been a full-time agent since January 2011. Living & breathing Real Estate, she has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers sell or buy properties throughout the Magic Valley and southern Idaho. She loves helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership by assisting them through the process & prides herself on great customer service. Her infectious smile and happy disposition have won Olivia a place in many client’s hearts. Thus, the majority of her business is repeat or referral. 

When she’s not busy helping clients, Olivia loves spending her time with her family, baking (and eating), fishing, camping, and enjoying her new love for kayaking the Snake River.
